Hidden stroke 2 original, need mapeditor

You should have the map editor on the installation CD. AFAIK it is always installed when you install the game.

In which editor did you build this map then? Apparently not in the one from Hidden Stroke 2 because you asked for that one. So I would assume that you want to convert the map from another version of Sudden Strike to Hidden Stroke 2.
Then for me the next question is if you have Hidden Stroke 2? I ask because without it you would not be able to play a map created for that game even If the map was created with the HS2 map editor.
And if you have the game you should also have the editor. At least in the version of HS2 I have the editor is installed together with the game. When I start HS2 a menu is displayed in which I can choose between playing the game or using the editor.

In principle it should be possible but there might be compatibility issues if the mission contains units that are not in HS2. HS2RW has parameters for fuel etc in addition. I haven't yet tried to convert a mission based on the Ressource War engine back to the SuSt2 engine. So I can't say if the additional parameters might cause problems during the conversion. Nevertheless, all this should be possible to edit so that the map and mission will work in HS2.
You could send me the mission you would like to convert by PM if you want. Then I will have a further look into the conversion problem at the weekend.
