I'd rather spend my precious time to mod, than to compiling lists.AWM53 hat geschrieben:Come on, you guys are making a mod without having a list of units? Lolcombo hat geschrieben:Unfortunately for compiling such a list did not have time.

Re: Known bugs in Alpha version

Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
Are there any plans to improve the winter scheme? I don't think there is enough to work with to build a decent map in this version of the editor. Also, the snow textures under 'free objects' don't have the right color; like someone pissed in the snow.
Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
Sure. Plans for the winter scheme - a lot.nevux hat geschrieben:Are there any plans to improve the winter scheme? I don't think there is enough to work with to build a decent map in this version of the editor.
Hmmm... What do you mean specifically? Show on the picture, plz.nevux hat geschrieben:Also, the snow textures under 'free objects' don't have the right color; like someone pissed in the snow.
New graphics of polish armored cars: wz.29, wz.34 (MG- and gun-armed).

Also, why do the 'wrecked vehicles' objects have seperate graphics for 'intact' and 'destroyed'? It doesn't make a lot sense that a beautifully camouflaged Panther or Tiger wreck turns grey when shot at.

As far as I understand, it's dirt, grass and uneven ground.nevux hat geschrieben:Hmmm... What do you mean specifically? Show on the picture, plz.![]()

New graphics for late Tiger tank

Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
I understand it's supposed to represent dirt and mud but the colors selected for this purpose don't seem to be appropriate. It strikes me as awkward at least, being a shade of yellow rather then brown. Looks more like piss this way
The tiger looks fantastic! Will there also be a late version with steel wheels?

Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
Iirc all tigers produced from jan 44 until august 44 (end of production) were fitted with steel wheels. Approx 500 steel wheeled tigers were built out of a total of 1300 (+/-) tigers produced during te war. Im pretty sure 'rubber wheeled' tigers saw combat in normandy but it only seems logical that steel wheels became the more predominant variety on the battlefield owards the end
of the war.
You could always adopt the also very excellent steel wheeled tiger from rwm if thats cool.with barbarossa and other proprietors.

Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
Yep, tank constantly improved. Therefore determine the exact boundary between the "early" and "late" models - difficult. Nothing seriously affecting the gaming performance in "late" versions of Tiger - is not. No thicker armor or other gun. So maybe we will remain one tiger.nevux hat geschrieben:Iirc all tigers produced from jan 44 until august 44 (end of production) were fitted with steel wheels. We tried without urgent need not take graphics of ground units from other mods - it is too different from ours.nevux hat geschrieben:You could always adopt the also very excellent steel wheeled tiger from rwm if thats cool.with barbarossa and other proprietors.

Thats cool. It's better for a mod to have it's own graphics.combo hat geschrieben:Yep, tank constantly improved. What's next..panther? The only units I consider to be in need of an update are: panther, pzIV G/H (not J which is already very good), Ferdinand (don't care about this unit though) and Jagdpanther. The rest is already good enough I think!
Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
Graphic changes in the principle of "tank + AFV on its base." So after Tiger should update Ferdinand and Sturmtiger.nevux hat geschrieben:What's next..panther? The next is likely to be updated Panther and AFV at its base.
To update Pz.Kpfw.IV G/H is neen start from beggin - from D modification.
And we did something.combo hat geschrieben:That's what I have never seen in SuSt mods. I'll try to think of something.tom hat geschrieben:- british Marmon-Herrington Armoured Car Mk I

Re: World at War Mod (WWM)
I like this mod even more every time I see new pics posted, the tiger models are fantastic, I hope the Soviet models will be as nice to look at. Will there be captured tanks for german nation like t34 with Balkan cross on as an example,
