1 rat tail
2 tea spoons of salt
2 spider legs
......
eh, seriously... i had to deal with this shit myself when i first installed sus2 on my new laptop... nothing worked. Eventually the only thing that fixed it had me copy/paste a complete, working sus2 directory from my uncles PC.
Maybe try reinstalling it.. for the sake of having tried.
PS. I assume you already tried running the game with administrator rights and in the correct compatibility mode (given that you are using either Vista or 7 this would be 'XP service pack 3')

Hi..
I am new to this forum but since I have experienced the same issue I will like to share how I had finally solved it.
Videomode & Fullscreen parameters should have to be modified on the sudtest.ini file.
Here is the post where I get the solution.
http://forums.techguy.org/games/807459- ... l-not.html
I am running SS2 V2.0 (patched) + RW 6.7 on a WinXP-sp2 platform
Of course... there are more workarounds to be tested:
- Desktop resolution adjustment
- Compatibility mode set to Win NT 4 (properties option on the shortcut or exe you are using)
- Unistall & reinstall
.... as usual...
But from my experience, changing the sudtest.ini do the job perfectly well, no need any other config other than windows/ss2 default.
