UABE plugins doesn't let you to edit sound file as I can see.
I Will read the creator forum to see if he has planned to add it in the tool.

Just tried it now with "sounds" archive without any problem. I could extract ambient sounds. Where did you get the tools ? from here or on the link I posted ? By the way, make sure you have Visual C++ 2013 as indicated in the pop up window. http://fs5.directupload.net/images/170824/j27zttq...
