How to add entrances to buildings
How to add entrances to buildings
Hello everyone, I have been researching buildings during raids recently.
I have learned how to import buildings, but I don't know how to modify/add entrances to buildings.
and What are S-line X and S-line Y in the "sustst graph"?
Is there any kind-hearted person willing to share their knowledge?

Re: How to add entrances to buildings
Red mask: "foundation", occupied by a building and impassable.
Blue Mask: An area that will cause damage to the building when fired at.
Green mask: there are people sitting inside (this mask should cover all infantry “markers”).
About the lines - I didn’t understand the question.
The input (as well as all other parameters) are edited in SuSt Graph

But I can't see any buttons in the sustgraph that can adjust the green cross mark representing the entrance. I can only move the entire building, but this will cause the building to deviate from the center of the screen.
Re: How to add entrances to buildings
Do you mean that hitting the area with a dark blue mask will cause damage to the house?zarathustra hat geschrieben: ↑07.02.2024, 17:38 Red mask: "foundation", occupied by a building and impassable.

I still don't quite understand what will happen in areas with green masks.
It seems different from the tutorials I used to read. They said that blue and green would block bullets and shells.
There is also a light blue mask that I am not sure what it is, as I mentioned in previous tutorials that it is related to obstructing the field of view.

Colors may vary between programs. There are a total of 4 masks in the building.
Re: How to add entrances to buildings

Re: How to add entrances to buildings
The green cross is the entry point to the building. Place it in the place you need.

but,the key is that I don't know how to move the green cross , I only know how to move the building itself to adapt to the green cross.

Re: How to add entrances to buildings
Changing the entry point is done by right-clicking on the desired location.
Moving the entire building will affect all existing maps of the mod (game).

Is it that simple?! Thank you! I learned itzarathustra hat geschrieben: ↑12.02.2024, 10:13 Changing the entry point is done by right-clicking on the desired location.

I have retested the meaning represented by colors.zarathustra hat geschrieben: ↑09.02.2024, 20:41 Colors may vary between programs. There are a total of 4 masks in the building.

Red areas are impassable
Dark blue (0 * 02) still unknown
Bright green (0 * 04) simultaneously isolates the field of view and shooting range
Animation will occur in the area where sky blue (0 * 40) is located when buildings are damaged

Although I don't know what he represents, my test results indicate that he (dark blue) is not as you said.zarathustra hat geschrieben: ↑07.02.2024, 17:38 Red mask: "foundation", occupied by a building and impassable.

Because when I intentionally set up a large dark blue area, but when the tank attacked this area, the building was not damaged.

Re: How to add entrances to buildings
If we are talking about colors in the sustgraph program, then the diagram is as follows:
Red (0x01) - impassable for units, foundation.
Blue (0x02) - the area where they will shoot.
Green (0x04) - area not visible to units.
Blue (0x40) - infantry coverage (green markers).
Red (0x01) - impassable for units, foundation.
Blue (0x02) - the area where they will shoot.
Green (0x04) - area not visible to units.
Blue (0x40) - infantry coverage (green markers).

Does "they" refer to "enemies"? Will enemy shells attacking buildings fall towards this area?
“Blue (0x40) - infantry coverage (green markers).”
Does it mean that the field of view is only obtained in areas covered by Blue (0x40)?

Re: How to add entrances to buildings
Do not quite understand. This mask marks the area where the shooting will take place. If the shell does not hit there, the building will not receive direct damage. Indirect damage works differently, but even here this area must be “affected”
What does "field of view" mean? All settings for infantry located inside the building must be located in this zone: the infantryman’s “location” point and the shooting animation point.
