small patch for BETA-3

I will release a small patch for BETA-3 in the next days. It will delete the new tank-tracks and light dust animation. Second thing...the bombers will be weaker.

The new tank-tracks animation make most animation just dissapear and even whole armys are lost in space...flashing and dissapear for some time, which is unplayabe with bigger amount of units.
Its really a pity but the old Sudden2 engine cant stand this...totally overloaded.

The bombers are to strong right now. Even a bomb which hits near a tank, destroys it totally. So u are able to destroy 3-4 tanks with only 3 bombs...which is ridiculous.
--->Hopefully the patch will fix it that way...that only direct hits will destroy the tank.
