You will need the "Sudden Strike 2 Briefing Editor Handbuch" by Lindbergh.
It is extremely good and very easy to follow without the need for me or anyone to teach you but it would help if you are prepared to brush up on your Deutsche.

I made a quick and dirty translation of the relevant chapter of my mission editor user guide. Perhaps it helps...

I must warn you though: My version of AniEd has a german GUI so I don't know how certain menu items are called in the english version and had to resort to guesses. Also I haven't used AniEd for years so might not remember everything correctly.Have fun!

and how do you save your animation, for me they do not save and when i preview they go at 1000 mph

You need to increase the number of frames for the figure - this determines the "speed" of playback.
The animation is saved in a file (with the extension .kfs)
This file can then be downloaded and edited again.
